Geografía e Historia en 3.º de ESO explora el mundo actual a través de temas como la sostenibilidad, la globalización, la migración y los retos de la Agenda 2030.
El alumnado analiza los sistemas económicos, los sectores productivos y el impacto de la revolución digital. En Historia, la asignatura abarca el Antiguo Régimen, la Ilustración, las revoluciones liberales, el imperialismo, las Guerras Mundiales y el auge de los regímenes totalitarios. También incluye la Guerra Fría, la descolonización y el orden global tras el Muro de Berlín.
Se presta especial atención a la evolución de los derechos humanos, los movimientos feministas y el papel de Europa y España en la agenda global. El alumnado desarrolla habilidades clave como el análisis de fuentes, la creación de cronologías y la participación en debates.
La asignatura fomenta la alfabetización digital, el trabajo en equipo y una mentalidad crítica y responsable.

Students analyse economic systems, productive sectors, and the impact of the digital revolution. In history, the course covers the Ancien Régime, the Enlightenment, liberal revolutions, imperialism, the World Wars, and the rise of totalitarian regimes. It also includes the Cold War, decolonisation, and the post-Berlin Wall global order.
Special attention is given to the evolution of human rights, feminist movements, and the roles of Europe and Spain in global affairs. Students develop key skills such as analysing sources, creating timelines, and engaging in debates.
The subject encourages digital literacy, teamwork, and a critical and responsible mindset.
